The CFTC-regulated, dollar-denominated version of Polymarket that serves American users through the QCX LLC designated contract market.
Polymarket's parent bought QCEX for $112 million in 2025 and relaunched it as Polymarket US, with ID verification, dollar deposits and a fee schedule filed with the CFTC. It is a separate product from polymarket.com, which has been closed to US persons since a 2022 settlement.
State regulators have treated it like Kalshi, with cease-and-desist letters and, in Nevada, an injunction. Its availability by state is tracked on BetG8's legality pages.
